Cancellation Policy

ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A SMALL DEPOSIT TO SECURE A BOOKING THIS IS NON REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE 24HOURS OR DO NOT ATTEND APPOINTMENT, As a small business the effects of clients not showing for an appointment or cancelling at the last minute can be extremely detrimental to the salon. To keep the salon running smoothly and in fairness to other clients we require at least 24 hours notice of any cancellation or alterations to any appointments. We understand emergencies and situations beyond your control can sometimes happen, but it is very difficult to fill an appointment last minute with little/no notice. For clients who, on a regular basis do not show for an appointment and/or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the salon strictly enforces payment up front for future appointments. A charge of 50% of the treatment may be incurred or the full amount if the slot cannot be rebooked.
